The staff of First Elements comprises of a mixture of educational and experience backgrounds, ranging from finance/ economics, to psychology, political sciences, and European studies. The majority of the staff members have a masters degree in related fields i.e. Masters of Business Administration.
The staff members are selected based on a set of high standard criteria and complement the capabilities and expertise to carry out the demanding tasks of the company.
